This morning I awoke to the reality that "yes, every inch of your body is extremely sore and every move reminds you of that fact." All night I was restlessly aware of this. And all day today as well. I really wanted to persevere and try the dvd again today, but I finally decided I wouldn't be able to put much effort into it to make it worth my while and my muscles could use a little healing. I opted for my typical hour on the ellipse instead. I also think it's a good thing to keep my muscles guessing. You know...run, ellipse, JM dvd, old school aerobics vhs, etc.
More importantly, I was totally stoked when I read an email from my father in law which informed Kevin & I of free scoops of ice cream from Maggie Moo's in honor (or in relief of) tax day. We went as soon as Kevin got home and I was certainly impressed. It was my first time. I ordered a scoop of peanut butter (made with Reese's p.b.) and it was creamy and long-lasting and perfectly delicious. I hope you visit the Moo if have the chance this evening!

ps. I just re-read this post and realized that what I had just written exemplified an oxymoron.
Mel, I am glad you enjoyed your ice cream. I had the Creamy Coconut after church tonight. It was very delicious and worth every penny (ha).
