There's a listening guide for each session and the dvd sessions last about 90 minutes each. Our group is from 20s to 70s & they all love it {one of the 70s is a new believer}. Jen Hatmaker and Kelly Minter are also great and a little newer on the scene. Angela Thomas's new one - Brave looks excellent, too, heard her speak on it in person before it came out.
